Pur Clean Cleansing Mist

Spray, brush, done. Pur Clean is a no-rinse cleansing mist for the days between baths (which, for most cats, is all of them). A light spritz over the coat lifts dust and oil, the starch base soaks it up, and the conditioner leaves the fur smooth and easy to comb. Brush it through with the Mist Brush and the loose fur comes out with it.

Why it works with the Mist Brush

The Mist Brush handles static and loose fur. Pur Clean handles the rest: the dusty, slightly greasy coat that no amount of brushing fixes on its own. Spray first, then brush, and you get the full spa treatment in five minutes with nothing to rinse and no wet, offended cat.

What’s inside

• Water as the base.
• Modified corn starch and aluminum starch, the dry-shampoo part. They absorb oil and dust so the coat feels clean, not coated.
• Amodimethicone, a light conditioner that smooths the hair so the brush glides.
• Propylene glycol, which keeps the mist from drying out the skin.
• Phenoxyethanol and citric acid, a standard preservative and a pH adjuster.

No essential oils, no added fragrance, no alcohol. Fragrance-free matters with cats: they groom themselves, so anything on the coat ends up on the tongue.

How to use

1. Hold the bottle 4 to 6 inches (10 to 15 cm) from the coat and spray lightly. Avoid the face and eyes.
2. Brush through with the Mist Brush. Loose fur, dust and oil come out together.
3. Let the coat air-dry. No rinsing.

Use one to two times a week, or whenever the coat feels dusty. Spray onto the coat, not into the Mist Brush tank, which takes plain water only.
