Welcome to The Cat Society. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are written to be clear rather than scary.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is approved. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free within the United States. Processing and delivery estimates are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page. They are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. The full process is on our Returns & Refunds page.
Using our products
Our products are grooming tools for pets. Please follow the instructions included with the product and on our site, use plain water in the tank and supervise your pet during use. Stop using the product if your pet shows signs of irritation or distress. Our products are not medical devices and are not a substitute for veterinary care.
Product information
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. If we make a mistake in a description or price, we may correct it, including after you have placed an order, and we will tell you before shipping.
Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and have no cash value. We may end a promotion at any time.
Reviews and content you send us
If you leave a review or send us photos or comments, you give us permission to use them on our site and in our marketing, without payment. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to our products.
Our content
The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to The Cat Society or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cat Society is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
