Shipping & Delivery

Here is what happens after you place an order with The Cat Society, from our warehouse to your door.

Free shipping in the United States

Standard shipping is free on every US order.

Processing

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. You get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

Delivery within the US usually takes 5 to 11 days after your order ships. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

International orders

We also deliver to a selection of countries outside the US. The delivery options, costs and estimated times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country; where these are not collected at checkout, they are paid by the recipient.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your package at any time.

Orders in more than one package

Multi-packs can arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package gets its own tracking number, and you are never charged extra shipping because an order was split.

Changing your address

Spotted a mistake in your delivery address? Send us a message as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address as long as the order has not shipped yet.

Delays and missing packages

Weather and peak seasons can slow carriers down. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, send us a message with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier.
