Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

We ship to all 50 states. There's no minimum and no shipping charge at checkout.

How long it takes

Processing: orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery: usually 5 to 11 days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather and carrier delays can add a few days, and launches can stretch processing a little.

Orders with more than one item

The Mist Brush and Pur Clean ship from different warehouses, so if you order both they'll arrive as two packages, sometimes a few days apart. You're never charged extra for a split shipment.

Tracking

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan after you receive the link. If it hasn't moved for 5 days, email us and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before it ships. Once an order is on its way we can't redirect it.

Outside the US

We only ship within the United States right now. If you're somewhere else and want the Mist Brush, email us and we'll let you know when we open your country.
