About the Mist Brush

Is the steam hot?
No. Despite the name, it is a fine, cool water mist. Nothing in the brush heats the water.

What do I put in the tank?
Plain water only. Skip scented liquids and anything with essential oils, which can be harmful to cats.

Will my cat be scared of it?
Some cats need a moment to get used to anything new. Start brushing with the mist off, then add short bursts of mist once your cat is relaxed. Treats help.

Does it work on long-haired cats?
Yes, it works on short and long coats. For knots or heavy matting, work gently in small sections.

How do I clean and charge it?
Press the paw button to drop the collected fur, then wipe the brush head. Empty the tank when you are done, charge it with the included USB-C cable and keep the charging port dry.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every US order. For other countries, the options and costs are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 5 to 11 days after dispatch in the US. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we send a replacement or a full refund. See Returns & Refunds.
